RETURNS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.

To request a return for a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.
